We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the modern trade and retail channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with key retail partners, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Kewajiban
• Work according to the strategic plan and manage sales in TT channels to achieve the target.
• Estimate sales and operate to achieve sales targets.
• Perform important sales activities according to the plan in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to be able to carry out marketing activities according to the plan for the benefit of increasing sales and creating sales opportunities.
• Plan marketing work to manage customer relationships, create satisfaction, retain old customers, find new customers to increase sales for the company.
• Analyze sales channels, survey satisfaction and find solutions to problems based on customer suggestions.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher, any field.
• Have at least 3 years of sales management experience.
• Good presentation skills.
• Have diverse work skills, flexibility and the ability to learn all aspects of work.
• Have a personal car, can drive a car (have a personal driver's license).
