We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Modern Trade Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth in the modern trade channel.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the modern trade channel.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform strategic planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with key accounts to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment with business objectives and address any issues.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the modern trade sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and execute promotional plans and activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the modern trade channel.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee merchandising and in-store display activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored for the modern trade channel.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and activities.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of managing and growing modern trade accounts.
• Strong understanding of the modern trade channel and key account management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
