We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the HORECA channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Kewajiban

Sales Growth and Target Achievement:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
• Create promotion to co-operate with retailers for increasing sales
• Develop and find a new opportunity to approach retailers.
• Approach new retailers and monitoring performance

Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or opportunities.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
• Develop and execute promotional plans and activities to drive sales and brand visibility.

Inventory and Merchandising:
• Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at all times.

Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to retail partners.

Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account details, and customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on HORECA.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of the HORECA channels and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
