• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for factory and administrative positions.
• Optimize recruitment processes to meet organizational goals and staffing needs.
• Develop and manage onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the company culture.
• Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation and initial training.
• Design and manage employee development programs and budgets.
• Implement annual training plans and coordinate with relevant departments to meet employee development needs.
• Review and enhance the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Manage the performance evaluation process and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Set and monitor annual performance goals.
• Analyze and present performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain a competitive compensation structure aligned with industry standards and company budgets.
• Design and administer employee benefits programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage disciplinary actions and terminations with fairness and consistency.
• Draft and oversee employee contracts to ensure legal compliance and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Analyze organizational needs and implement growth plans.
• Establish and apply performance evaluation criteria.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to capture internal best practices.
• Conduct manpower planning to forecast staffing requirements and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement strategies to reduce turnover, including career development and employee satisfaction initiatives.
• Plan and execute team-building activities and recognition programs to enhance morale.
• Oversee building and facility management services.
• Handle administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, reception duties, and telephone systems.
• Manage safety and security operations, ensuring cleanliness, healthcare access, and compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Oversee delivery and documentation processes for factory operations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
