Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend international trade shows, fairs, and industry events to promote products.
• Prepare required export documentation, ensuring compliance with both company and international regulations.
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Track sales performance, providing regular reports and market feedback to the management team.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and product demand, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in international or export markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
• Proficiency in market research and analytics to identify new market opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus, depending on target regions.
