Kewajiban
• Ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied in accordance with contracts.
• Review, set and implement the Company's Strategic Direction for Operations.
• Oversee the achievement of corporate objectives and KPI's.
• Manage the operations with focus on Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Principal motivator of staff Development and Discipline.
• Motivation of the workforce by setting targets and providing performance evaluations.
• Continually strive to enhance the skills of the workforce i.e. training programs, incentive scheme, TQM.
• Provide comprehensive reports on all aspects of operations.
• Manage resources, machines, and personnel efficiently.
• Responsible for operation and problem solving regarding to, packing, warehousing, shuttle Transportation and associated activities.
• To meet safety, quality and productivity requirements, as well as customer requirement.
• Improve effectiveness of processes to achieve objectives target and to activate continual improvement.
• Provide performance reporting to Managing Director and Operation Manager.
• Other tasks as may be from time to time assigned by higher Management.
• Work location and hours may vary due to operational need.
• The management trainee may be assigned other responsibilities by superiors.
• Able to aboard training as required.
• Be able to relocate to abroad further working as required.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in any related filed, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Logistics & Supply chains.
• Hard working and willing to learn, also self management.
• Having positive attitude and always sees challenges rather than problems.
• Hands on and be able to work under pressure.
• Good in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skill with proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
