The Operation Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading the performance of terminal team. This is to ensure that work and task is delivered on time and accordingly. He/She will be the first contact between the company and our Customer and need to be able to build up a very good customer relation in which he/she understand the needs of our customer and provide the most suitable solutions.
• Responsible for the performance of the terminal to ensure good results are achieved, e.g. Lost Time Injury, damage or loss, overall time management
• Cycle count and update inventory to ensure inventory is accurate with Warehouse Management System
• Keep costs e.g. overtime in line according to company budget guidelines
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit on time
• Supervise daily activities of the terminal, equipment and team; e.g. physical management of inventory, pick-/packing of orders for delivery of customers, shift planning and people utilization
• Check, report and maintain good conditions of facility and utility, perform basic maintenance
• Maintain, train and monitor team in standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Lead, coach and develop team to improve skills and competencies
• Perform activities following standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Maintain and update inventory control records on product since receiving until dispatch
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in all areas
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a safe working environment

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
• At least 5 years direct experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management with 1 year as front line managerial role
• Fresh graduates are also considering
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Power Point
• Can communicate in English
• Willing to relocate in Amata City / Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluak Daeng, Rayong.
