Kewajiban
• Follow up the Daily Plan of Warehouse activities.
• Set up staffs working schedule/ Organizing daily team work schedule / Daily Task
• Control incidents, solving the problem with always coordinate and reporting to Warehouse Manager.
• Manage the products stocking as the Warehouse Management System and execute of warehouse capacity.
• Control the Warehouse Activities and all processing to be correctly followed the work instruction and the procedure.
• Responsible for operation and problem solving regarding to warehousing, Shuttle Transportation and associated activities, to meet safety and quality requirements, as well as customer requirement.
• Manage resources, machines and personnel efficiently.
• Promote team working, encourage attitude and creative constructive thinking of staff.
• Interface with relevant functions and all warehouse staffs.
• Responsible for management of Warehouse Housekeeping, Waste, Environment and follow-up maintenance and cleaning of forklift and equipment.
• Primary control disciplinary of subordinates.
• Improve effectiveness of processes to achieve objectives target and to activate continual improvement.
• Others task assigned by Warehouse Manager or entitled by an agreement.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in any related filed, preferably Engineering, Logistics & Supply chains.
• Hard working and willing to learn.
• Having positive attitude and always sees challenges rather than problems.
• Hands on and be able to work under pressure.
• Good in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skill with proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
