Katoen Natie Thailand manages more than 190,000 m² of warehouse space on two multi-customer terminals:
– Thailand Automotive Supply Center (TASC)
– Eastern Seaboard Distribution Center (EDC)
These distribution centers are located in the strategic locations of Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (ESIE) and Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (HESIE), respectively In Pluak Daeng and Rayong.

Kewajiban
• The operations manager is the head of the warehouse and defines in dialogue with the client the aims and quality standards.
• He is responsible for the quality policy.
• He measures and analyses the quality of the delivered performance and corrects where necessary.
• He steers, supervises (coaches) the administrative employees as well as the operational personal.
• He controls the logistic operations and flow.
• He is also the first contact person of the customer.
• He takes care of the daily management of the operational team and administration with 100-200 FTE.
• He surveys the operational flow, the stock accuracy and the different KPI’s.
• He analyses the obtained data and initiates improvements.
• He takes care of the correct occupation (i.e. follow-up of the productivity).
• He has on a regular basis a narrow and constructive contact with the clients (internal and external clients).
• He watches over the safety and security of all personal.
• He is responsible for the fact that all direct co-operators have or obtain the right knowledge (as well on logistic as on managing issues).
• He reports to the General Management on a frequent basis (at least once a month).
• He takes care of the relations with the different suppliers on an effective way.
• Is the final responsible for all ISO related matters?
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or similar by experience.
• Sufficient knowledge of logistics and WMS tools.
• Knowledge of automotive is a plus.
• By making use of procedures and analyses, he/ she initiates systems to improve the administration and operational flows.
• He/ she is client focused, anticipates and chooses for quality.
• Making of consequent choices (show the direction to go).
• He/ she is not afraid to take a decision holding in mind the consequences on short and long term.
• He/ she is very flexible and has a broader view than his own operation (he/ she shows a broad interest in other activities, which can help the own operation).
• He/ she is a go-getter.
