KBTG Finance Team is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, a solid understanding of financial technology, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support our business objectives.

Kewajiban

• Support FP&A activities by analyzing financial data, trends, and performance metrics​
• Develop and maintain cost models to track and forecast expenses accurately​
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on cost analysis findings​
• Implement best practices for cost control, cost allocation, and cost reduction initiatives​
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and accomplish shared objectives​
• Perform Cost to Serve and margin analysis in partnership with our data analytics and infrastructure teams​
• Identify and measure key performance indicators that drive business performance​

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years' of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiar with banking industry and products is a plus.
• Local Thai only
• Must Have: Experience in analyze financial data, interpret trends, and make forecasts. Working experience in Banking or IT is preferable. Knowledge of relevant financial software and tools. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail oriented and Organize (Strong planning and prioritization abilities). Service Mind and Self Driven.
• Nice to have: Experience with IPO process.
