The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager (MT) is responsible for tracking and analyzing market trends, leading projects for new product development, and managing trade promotion plans to drive business growth.
Kewajiban
• Track and analyze market trend by product category to drive business and focus on Top Selling SKUs by product category.
• Key Initiatives ideas and business Opportunities from Insights.
• Lead Project among cross functional team for NPD Proposal.
• Feasibility Sales & SCGP simulation for trade promotion plan.
• Price analysis and Master Promotion analysis for activities plan.
• Always update market movements and competitor's promotion and new product launching.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistic, Economic or any field.
• 3-5 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Category Supervisor.
• Work Experiences in FMCG, Retail will be preferred.
• Well understand Channel Strategy in Modern Trade.
• Good command in English both of spoken and written in English.
• Able to use Excel Program in Advance Level (Pivot and other function).
