Kewajiban

• Manage and control all suppliers, with a particular focus on procuring materials and finished parts for production.
• Source local and overseas suppliers to fulfill new materials, parts, and product requirements.
• Ensure parts and materials are purchased at the most competitive prices, considering cost, quality, performance, and delivery time.
• Develop and manage a database to analyze the cost of purchasing parts and raw materials, and summarize the findings for management review.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve cost reduction, improved service, increased reliability, and/or productivity improvement.
• Work closely with associated departments to support procurement procedures, order status, and problem-solving, and advise on cost-effective alternatives.
• Continually improve purchasing methods and drive down unnecessary external spending.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Professional certification in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of cost savings and process improvement initiatives and experience in supplier evaluation, selection, and management.
• Familiar with ERP system experience, relevant MRP project launch experience.
• Exposure to international procurement and global sourcing, if applicable.
• Continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office.
• Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills.
• Able to work both independently and as a team.
• Can work under pressure with a positive attitude.
