Aim at production Quality, Production efficiency and cost, to design and maintain high-efficiency, High-Quality, and stable production processes and equipment. To support production for good yield and improvement of products to meet customer requirements.
Kewajiban
• Check and improve production problems.
• Generate related documents to support production operations (Drawing, WI, and other Documents.
• Train production teams for technical knowledge.
• Support production for better material and process flow.
• Plan and coordinate activities involved in product improvement to meet customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree Engineering Major or any related field.
• If have Experience in Fiber Optic products be an advantage.
• Experience function Product Engineer at least 2-4 Years.
• Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office.
• Can use Solid work in high level such as Read and write Drawing and etc.
• Timely and efficient diagnosis and resolution of production equipment failures to ensure smooth production.
• 5S training; ISO/TS basic knowledge; ISO9001:2005/IATF16949:2016 standard knowledge.
