The Production Supervisor (SMT/AI Process) will be responsible for supervising experienced technicians using machines such as Panasonic and Fuji, controlling and improving production processes to reduce defects, confirming data and documents, checking daily reports, updating the manager, improving employee attendance, and taking corrective actions for NG products.

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Electronics, Electrical power, mechanical or related field
• Must have experience of MI process and manpower control more than 3 years
• Must have experience of SMT/AI process and manpower control more than 3 years
• Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001 and IATF16949
• Knowledge about basic computer skills Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point program and Email for communication
• Knowledge and ability related with process of PCBA.
