The Supplier QC Section Manager is responsible for supervising the company's quality policy and ensuring that the organization's quality control meets established objectives and goals.

Kewajiban

• Supervise the company's quality policy to control the organization's quality control to meet the objectives or quality goals.
• Define schedule and follow up the status of pending issued with working team.
• Define and follow up supplier process audit plan.
• Monitor supplier's quality status (PPM) and supplier quality improvement.
• Set up Department KPIs relate the policy, legal customer requirement and etc.
• Study and present various management systems to the management for consideration in order to increase the potential of the company's quality management system.
• Support and promote the adoption of modern management skills to be applied in the quality system. To aim to lend the organization to standards of excellence and sustainability.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor' degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or related field.
• Experience at least 10 years in QC engineer / filed in automotive part manufacturing.
• Strong analytical based thinking and problem resolution skills, Team oriented, self-starter working toward bettering the internal process for all.
• Good command in English, can use Chinese language to communicate will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and independence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email).
• Continual improvement skill.
