The Warehouse Coordinator shall manage, organise and follow up on Warehouse and logistics activities and tasks to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operation in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets. This position will be reported to Logistics Manager and will be based in Chonburi.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for handling customer requirements for goods deliveries by preparing, coordinating, and executing the needed activities/tasks/reports/documentation/labels to ensure smooth, timely, and without complaints for goods receipt/acceptance by customers.
• Responsible for managing export/outbound activities by preparing, coordinating & organizing deliveries with relevant stakeholders and handling all documentation related to export/outbound deliveries under Jotun, HSEQ, and/or customs requirements for compliance and fulfillment of OTIF.
• Effective execution of distribution workflow by monitoring, reviewing, and supporting daily distribution/warehouse-related activities that are executed smoothly and safely in accordance with relevant Jotun working methods/SOP and complying to all HSEQ/local/relevant regulations and standards.
• Active participation, motivation and drive compliance and improvement of HSEQ-related aspects of work and work area; and housekeeping/5S of work area.
• Active role in driving improvements in distribution/warehouse by support development and execution of operations-related reporting, meetings and improvement projects.
• Responsible as backup for transport planner (in his/her absence) by executing and optimising daily route and truck planning to ensure internal KPIs of OTIF and transport cost are met per target.
• Participate in regular Customer visits/meetings to develop and strengthen rapport and provide suitable solutions to customers on operational-related support/needs.
• Supports the Distribution Supervisor & Warehouse & Distribution Manager in all tasks assigned.
• Shall follow the HSEQ requirements and reporting a near-miss or any unsafe conditions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Having minimum 1-3 years in Warehouse and logistic or related fields
• Having ERP experience and Warehouse system
• Able to work with paperwork, MS office (Excel for system monitoring and generate reports)
• Enthusiastic, work commitment, energy, and agility
• Can communicate in English
