Jotun Thailand is seeking a Receptionist & Admin Executive to provide support services for the ER and Admin Manager, ensuring smooth operations in administration and human resources while adhering to company policies and budget.
Kewajiban
• Operating the staff benefits for car rental, mobile phone package, gasoline fleet card and including E-PR, PV and monthly expense payment as well.
• Take care the administration functions such as employees’ transportation, security guards, canteen, cleanliness, hygiene and other administrative duties.
• Monitor and assign routine job for messenger service to ensure by assigning daily jobs for messenger to make sure that the service is well planned, prioritized, on time with right expenses.
• Facilitate by arranging the room and coffee break for conference or seminar for smooth operation.
• Arrange office automation, equipment, stationary, printing and other issues concerned central administration services by coordinating with purchasing department to search for the best choices and benefit of company with good prices.
• Reception Management : Answer and manage calls from the central number, and handle receptionist duties efficiently.
• Event and Assignment Support: Assist with company events and various tasks as assigned by the ER and Admin Manager.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-6 years experiences as a Receptionist / Administration in a similar role.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to Employee relation is a plus.
• Good in written & spoken English.
