Kewajiban
• Overall responsibility in managing Warehousing activities through good inventory management to ensuring on time Finished Goods (FG) preparations to support distribution activities by receiving inbound inventories and housekeeping to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) Delivery performance.
• Lead and guide warehouse team in routine works, procedures and manages discipline and job results of team. Assisted by Foreman or Team Leads.
• Monitor, manage and drive operational results to ensure internal KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Initiate, drive and follow up continuous improvement activities by implementing the Jotun Operation System and follow up through agreed KPIs.
• Manage, monitor, control inventory and conduct stock counts, reconcile, variance and update the system and physical inventories. Ensure IFS parameters are timely and properly maintained.
• Manage, maintain, measure and lead improve HSEQ related aspects of work and work area; and housekeeping/5S of work areas. Shall follow the HSEQ requirements Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001and reporting a near-miss or any unsafe.
• Initiate, drive and follow up continuous improvement activities (CI)by implementing the Jotun Operation System and follow up through agreed KPIs.
• Overall responsibility of inventory documents, all other internal document and warehouse system control and monitoring.
• Build, develop and strengthen key personnel within the function by establishing succession-ship and in ensuring high sustainability within department through knowledge transfer, job rotations, on-the-job coaching, regular performance reviews and promoting self-development within the team.
• Undertake regular review of work methods and performances related to warehouse through periodic performance measurement, cross functional reviews and meetings with Customer/Suppliers to ensure relevant KPI targets are met and exceeded.
Kualifikasi
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills.
• People management skills are required to have great engagement and people development skills to develop, maintain, and elevate technical competence and skill set of the team.
• Fast learning in IFS System/Inventory and analysis skill.
• Bachelor's degree in any fields.
• 5 years working experience in Warehouse, logistic and planning with people management.
• Ability to work fast and calm under pressure.
• Multitask, active manage and control loading bays.
• Strong MS Excel skills to analyze and prepare periodic load plans.
