Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of purchasing and submitting payment for goods and services.
Kewajiban
• Prepare and submit timely purchase reports.
• Negotiate with vendors regarding prices and appropriate product specifications.
• Coordinate purchase orders, follow up on approval from the owner, and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Collaborate with the building management team to prepare procurement documents, including price comparisons.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Should possess any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with any related field.
