The HRM Supervisor is responsible for optimizing recruitment policies and procedures, monitoring recruitment plans, and ensuring compliance with company regulations while supporting management on HRM-related policy matters.
Kewajiban
• Optimizing the recruitment related policies, recruitment system and procedures.
• Monitoring recruitment plan and controlling recruitment progression, make sure the timely and effectively.
• Determine the appropriate manpower planning and meet the company’s goals.
• Maintain a fine work environment including company regulations, compliance, legal protection internal and external audit.
• Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRM.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experienced in HRM function on Supervisor level.
• Must have experience using payroll system software.
• Able to communication in English.
• Strong leadership, strategic, decision making and coaching skills.
• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
