The Business Development Manager is mainly responsible for managing and developing the number of the industrial and private label accounts and improving the results of industrial and private label accounts.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for the development of sales strategies, aimed at the achievement or surpassing of pre-determined sales objectives for supporting the growth of the company’s business.
• Deal with the client’s contract.
• In charge of the expansion sales, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
• Management of the assigned budget and sales negotiation.
• Achieve the annual volume objectives pre-established by the Company based on the company’s sales and promotion policy.
• Implement the Company’s sales policy, adapting it to the client’s situation; negotiate net invoice amounts + introduction of new products + develop other projects (e.g. Management by Category); etc.
• Analysis and follow up of company profitability.
• Regularly manage each client’s budget.
• Preparation of sales forecasts for the client.
• Coordinate with the international team, in client’s NPD processing.
• Deal with industrial and private label accounts and be of the expansion of sales, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years’ experience in business to business.
• Experience in Sales & Trade is a plus.
• General understanding on new product development environment.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Good communication in English.
