The Sales Coordinator and Call Centre Operator position at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE) involves coordinating the preparations for installations of new customers, demo tastings, events, and managing the call center.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate the preparations re installations of new customers, demo tastings, events and manage the call center
• Coordinate of Pre-Installation Guidelines
• Coordinate of Removals Equipment
• Coordinate of Equipment and Ingredient supplies
• Receive Incoming Service Calls and Technical
• Assist on Tech Support, Dispatching Technical Services on Site, and follow up on service calls

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 3 years on Sales Coordination and Customer (Service Mind), background (technical)
• Strong Service Minded attitude and Calm and patient
• Able to coordinate complex tasks
• English reading and speaking skills are required - Hands-on, driven, perfectionist - Passion for coffee is a plus.
