As the Director of Public Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall PR strategy and managing high-performing teams.

Kewajiban

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client and objectives.
• Provide thought leadership in crisis communication, media relations, and reputation management.
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities for innovative communication campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Oversee client deliverables to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
• Advise clients on media relations, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the PR team to achieve excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and facilitate professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Manage the development and execution of PR campaigns, ensuring measurable results.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with content, social media, and digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Secure media coverage and develop strategic partnerships to amplify client visibility.
• Monitor media activity to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Working experience 5 years in related field.
• Proven work experience as a PR or in a similar PR role within an agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Crisis Management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain composure under pressure.
