The Merchandise Sourcing position involves sourcing suppliers, product development, and negotiating purchasing terms to meet sales targets and buyer requirements.
Kewajiban
• Sourcing suitable suppliers based on inquiry and orders.
• Being expertise in product development, costing, production planning, work with suppliers, and production factory.
• Develop new products to meet sales target and quotation.
• Negotiate on purchasing terms and cost with vendors/suppliers to meet buyer’s requirement. - Independently dealing with vendor/factory.
• Evaluate and select potential suppliers by reviewing capability and facility.
• Monitor on-time delivery and leverage vendor’s performance and product quality.
• Product presentation through samples and display to buyers. - Sourcing, making offers and preparing itinerary for buyers.
• Other works as assigned from line manager.
Kualifikasi
• Have at least 3 years sourcing & merchandising for shoes, handbags & accessories or garments.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, and reading). Chinese is a plus.
• Good command of computer skills, especially advance of excel.
• Commitment and dedicate in job. - Self-motivated with Can Do attitude.
• Good communication skills possess team group co-operation and higher sense of responsibility.
• Being team player, energetic, well organized, and able to work under pressure and participate in challenging duty.
