The Import - Export Officer is responsible for managing import-export shipments, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with customs formalities.

Kewajiban

• Handing import-export shipments and coordinating with the supplier from abroad, freight forwarding agent, customs clearance broker, and internal department (sourcing, buying, local team, warehouse, finance).
• Responsible for control proceeding both Import - Export Customs formalities clearance and related government parties.
• Managing shipping documents: invoice, packing list, B/L FTA Forms. Checking the accuracy of import-export document.
• Ensure that shipment will be on schedule as needed.
• Following up on task usually, taking more action to connect with it and always report to Supervisor.
• To perform other job-related as assigned by manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor 's Degree in International Business / Administration or related fields.
• At least 2 year's experience in Import job function.
• Knowledge of FTA (Form D, E AK) and H.S. code classification would be an advantage.
• Good command both of written and spoken English. (TOEIC 650)
• Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Strong interpersonal & cooperation all levels including management.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working, and able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
