Detail posisi

Managing financial data related to inventory and product costs, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Kewajiban

• Review and prepare supporting details for financial statements related to inventory and other relevant accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Update product costs, inventory, and other related accounts accurately in the ERP system within the specified time frame.
• Reconcile physical inventory for finished goods, raw materials, consumables, and spare parts with the balances in the accounting system.
• Analyze and adjust discrepancies between Actual Cost and Standard Cost.
• Prepare the monthly production cost report.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to relevant departments.
• Prepare cost analysis reports for the management to assist in business decision-making.
• Coordinate with external parties, such as external auditors, internal auditors, and other assigned units.
• Participate in the development and improvement of the cost and inventory systems to align with policies and standards.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• Experiences in accounting and/or cost accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and flexible with working hours.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate well in English.
