Detail posisi

The Network Engineer (NOC) will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network, fiber optic, MPLS, and IP services. They will also coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve network issues.

Kewajiban

• Monitor network, fiber optic, MPLS, and IP services
• Receive and investigate notifications, analyze, and resolve network issues
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve network problems

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of data communications, fiber optic, mobile network, and board brand network
• Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting or ISP
• Ability to work in shifts (4 days on, 4 days off)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
