Detail posisi

The Corporate Secretary is responsible for coordinating meetings, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining organized records for the Board of Directors and shareholders.

Kewajiban

• Arrange and coordinate meetings for the Board of Directors, related Board Committees, and Shareholders of JAS and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure all meetings comply with SET, SEC, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, documenting key decisions and actions; maintain organized records for future reference.
• Oversee corporate disclosure processes and ensure compliance with corporate laws, SEC, and SET regulations.
• Manage, maintain, and regularly update lists of shareholders, Board of Directors, and Committees.
• Process company registrations and amendments with the Department of Business Development (DBD) and related agencies.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in company secretary/compliance roles.
• Knowledge of SEC/SET rules and regulations, and corporate laws.
• Familiarity with corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel).
