We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Engineer with a technical/engineering background in project sales.

Kewajiban

• Mobilize the personal targets together with the team sales targets.
• Be a sales specialist and consultative to the customer.
• Strategic thinking and planning.
• Strong in communication, and people skills.
• Collect feedback on market requirements and competitor intelligence.
• Ensure the work is on time and accurate submission to the customer.
• Ensure on-time and accurate reporting in the company sales tools (CRM).
• Reports directly to the Large Project Sales Manager.
• Monitors the expiring contracts and negotiates with customer for service contract renewal to achieve agreed price increase target.
• Plans and take actions to gain the new business and recover the lost contracts to ensure that the targets will be achieved.
• Builds and maintains a good relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term business relationship.
• Makes sales visit and closes sale deal in order to achieve service contract sales targets.
• Accountable for request invoicing to FAD for all service contracts are under responsible area to ensure no outstanding billing.

Kualifikasi

• Sales experience with engineering education background > 3 years.
• Experiences in sales from the same industry or project sales from construction business or project sales is preferred.
• Good track record in achieving or overachieving personal targets.
• Passionate and hungry to achieve and want to learn from the expert.
• Comfortable to work in documentation environment.
• Capable to work Individual as well as a team.
• Good communication and internal cross-department coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong Customer-oriented skills.
• Good in MS Office and CRM systems and Good command of English is a must.
• Being fluent in Chinese (specifically Mandarin) would be an advantage.
