The Sales Support Officer at the Phuket Branch is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with order placements, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Kewajiban

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in placing orders, providing accurate information about product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and requests for product information, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer queries and maximize sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and entered into the system.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including logistics, inventory management, and billing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Provide product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities to customers to increase sales revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively address customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
• Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years experience
• English speaking skills
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer issues.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and resources efficiently.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
• Positive and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
