• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify target customer groups to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Foster good relationships with existing customers to identify new and changing needs and respond to customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales activities and customer service, as well as oversee team capabilities in these areas to maximize efficiency, maintain sales levels, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management, offering recommendations for improvement, planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales and business performance in line with company policy.
• Set individual sales targets for the sales team.
• Identify target customer groups and build a customer base through online channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Explore and expand the company’s market reach, including new areas.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Have 1-5 years' experience in Sales Position.
• Experienced in FMCG industry.
• Hard working and willing to learn.
• Good interaction with a multitude of people.
• “Can Do” Attitude, Strong communication skills.
