• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct regular site audits, and ensure the site meets security and regulatory standards.
• Work with the marketing team to develop online marketing strategies, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media initiatives, to drive traffic and enhance online visibility.
• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to enhance personalization efforts, targeted advertising, and retention campaigns.
• Ensure accurate, detailed product listings, descriptions, and images are available on the website to maximize sales and support the customer decision-making process.
• Coordinate with product teams and suppliers to maintain real-time stock updates and ensure that product offerings align with market demand.
• Implement effective product categorization and merchandising strategies to facilitate easy browsing and product discovery.
• Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinating restocks and adjustments to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Ensure order management systems are properly integrated with e-commerce platforms to streamline processes.
• Track, analyze, and report on e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, or Magento metrics) to derive insights, understand customer behavior, and drive continuous improvement.
• Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
