Kewajiban
• Marketing strategy & brand management:
• Develop and implement a 360° marketing strategy covering ATL, BTL and digital marketing.
• Oversee the positioning and growth of both supplier brands and company-owned brands.
• Lead product marketing and innovation strategies to meet evolving consumer and B2B demands.
• Digital marketing:
• Drive online brand presence, including website development, content marketing, SEO and social media.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to measure campaign success and enhance digital engagement.
• Organize strategic monitoring of new marketing online tools and digital trends.
• Trade & corporate marketing:
• Develop marketing initiatives tailored to modern trade and HORECA sector.
• Strengthen relationships with retailers, foodservice partners and distributors through targeted promotions.
• Organize and oversee events, trade shows and industry partnerships.
• Team leadership & cross-departmental collaboration:
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, including product managers, branding, MarCom and events.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, operations, and finance to align marketing with business objectives.
• Enhance visibility of “Jagota brand” in order to build its market credibility and employer value.
• Performance tracking & budget management:
• Set KPIs and ROI tracking mechanisms for marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior shifts and competitor activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Internal & external interactions:
• Internal:
• CEO & leadership team: align marketing with corporate strategy.
• Sales & commercial teams: support revenue growth through targeted marketing.
• Procurement & product development teams: ensure strong supplier brand positioning.
• Operations & IT teams: support digital and e-commerce development.
• External:
• Retail & Food Service clients: develop partnerships and trade promotions.
• Suppliers & brand partners: strengthen collaborations and co-marketing initiatives.
• Media & agencies: manage advertising, PR and content creation.
Kualifikasi
• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years of successful experience in marketing with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the food & beverage, FMCG or import & distribution industries in Thailand.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and building lasting customer relationships.
• Hard skills:
• Expertise in 360° marketing
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
