Detail posisi

The Senior Accounting Officer will support day-to-day accounting functions and assist in various financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Kewajiban

• Support over all Accounting day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, inventory accounting.
• Support payments activities and following the results from supplier and customer.
• Supporting various aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordination with internal related and the external auditor, actuary, revenue department for any financial matters or required/requested information.
• Support Supervisor for month-end closing and year-end audit activities.
• Handle VAT report/PP.30, PP36 and special business tax (PT40), WHT/PND 3,53,54 and submission on time.
• Other ad-hoc/assignments.

Kualifikasi

• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (finance, accounting).
• New graduates are welcome.
• At least 0-3 years' experience in loop of accounting for the manufacturing industry or trading.
• Experience in ERP system especially SAP will be an advantage.
• Good communication, good command in English.
