Kewajiban
• Effectively source appropriate influencers for each campaign plan or recommend suitable influencers to the team.
• Manage influencer tasks from price negotiation and project briefing to ensuring influencers understand client requirements, maintaining work quality according to the timeline, and achieving desired results and KPIs.
• Oversee and ensure accuracy and completeness in all processes, including handling (or being willing to learn) related documentation efficiently.
• Provide the team with problem-solving strategies and implement these solutions to benefit both clients and the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms.
• Summarize reports and deliver them to relevant team members, analyzing these reports to find ways to optimize work efficiency.
• Quickly learn and stay updated on new trends in influencer marketing, and adapt these learnings to the work process.
• Maintain a positive work attitude, be open to and adaptable to changes, handle negotiation pressure, manage heavy or urgent workloads effectively, and work well in a team environment.
Kualifikasi
• At least a Bachelor's Degree (Communication Arts, Marketing, Business, or related field are preferred but not required).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, advertising, and media buying.
• Ability to use basic computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good communication skills and in English is a plus (but not required) Good problem-solving skills. Good negotiation skills.
• Well-organized with great time management skills Be able to work as a team both internal and external.
• Ability to work well under pressure and a tight schedule.
• Follow trends on social media, especially influencer trends.Eager to learn new things.
