The Account Executive (AE) Supervisor is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, planning strategies and campaigns, tracking performance, managing budgets, and solving problems to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management : Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and concerns. This involves frequent communication, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Project Coordination: Acting as a bridge between the client and various departments within the agency (such as creative, strategy, and media teams) to ensure projects are on track, align with client expectations, and are completed within deadlines.
• Strategy and Campaign Planning : Working with clients to understand their objectives and collaborating with agency teams to develop campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, and KPIs. They help translate client goals into actionable plans that align with agency capabilities.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitoring campaign performance to ensure it meets set goals, often by using metrics and analytics. Account managers typically prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients, offering insights and suggesting adjustments when needed.
• Budget Management : Overseeing the financial aspects of a project, from initial budgets to tracking expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within budget, and managing the financial relationship with the client.
• Problem Solving : Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during a campaign, whether related to project delays, budget overruns, or creative differences. An account manager needs to be adept at conflict resolution to maintain smooth operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive (AE)
• Direct experience in advertising agency AE roles.
• At least 1-2 years of team management or leadership experience.
• Previous experience in Media Agency .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
