The Team Lead - Project & Service (Substation) is responsible for overseeing project management and service operations related to gas insulated switchgear in substations, ensuring technical coordination and customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Technical Review: Check technical details, Electrical Design and plans, ensuring everything meets client specifications (TOR).
• Technical Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and international suppliers, solving technical problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage the installation and testing of high-voltage equipment, making sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Service Operations: Manage service activities, improving processes to deliver better and faster service to clients.
• Team Supervision: Lead and guide a small team of engineers and technicians, promoting teamwork and helping them achieve project goals.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate project records and prepare reports on project progress, service work, and team performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and service in Substation and inspection systems.
• Candidates with experience working with PEA, MEA, or EGAT and with team management experience will be given special consideration.
• Strong skills in leading a team and managing people.
• Good knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and inspection equipment.
• Ability to plan, manage projects, and solve problems effectively.
• High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills, both spoken and written.
