The Senior Design Engineer will lead the design and development of solar energy systems, focusing on optimizing performance and efficiency for Solar Rooftop, Floating Solar, and Solar Plant projects.

Kewajiban

• Design and develop solar energy systems: Lead the design for Solar Rooftop, Floating Solar, and Solar Plant projects, focusing on optimizing electrical performance and system efficiency.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments: Perform in-depth site evaluations, system sizing, and energy yield calculations to determine project feasibility and optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with project teams: Work closely with project managers, procurement, and installation teams to ensure designs are implemented according to plans and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards: Ensure that all designs adhere to electrical safety codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare detailed electrical design documents, technical specifications, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Innovate in design processes: Continuously improve electrical design practices, reducing costs and enhancing system performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing solar energy systems, focusing on Solar Rooftop, Floating Solar, and Solar Plants
• Proficient in solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD)
• Strong understanding of electrical design codes, standards, and regulations relevant to solar energy systems
• Proven experience in managing large-scale solar projects, including project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
