The BIM Manager (Data Center) is responsible for defining workflows, ensuring quality control, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, providing consultation, preparing critical information for decision-making, and managing project workloads.

Kewajiban

• Define and design workflows for using BIM in collaboration with the team, clients, and stakeholders to align with project requirements.
• Inspect and control the quality of work to minimize risks and errors in operations.
• Coordinate between the team, clients, and relevant departments, and organize meetings to update information and adjust workflows to meet project needs.
• Provide consultation and resolve issues arising in the project to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare critical and comprehensive information to enable confident and accurate decision-making by management and the team.
• Manage workloads and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Over 10 years of experience in construction and BIM management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• High responsibility and effective team management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong planning and systematic analytical thinking.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
