The People & Organization Development Executive is responsible for analyzing learning needs, developing training programs, and overseeing talent management to align with business goals.
Kewajiban
• Collaborate with related parties for gathering need in order to analyze the learning program, objectives, approaches and program evaluation methodologies.
• Develop HRD platform to be used across the company as well as act as the lead person to drive the execution of the program.
• Prepare and implement a training road map as per job descriptions and annual training plan.
• Takes full ownership delivering end to end talent management cycle.
• Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate Training programs to support business goals.
• Oversee and ensure the overall development results and the use of people capability by manage the implementation of Learning & Development interventions that aligned with business direction.
• Set up and implement individual development plan.
• Initiate and constantly improve quality of people development plans to ensure company visions and goals are in line with people capabilities and development programs in place.
• Define the budget that is needed to implement the training and development plan and ensure is effectively spent.
• Analyze training needs from annual performance evaluation and preparing a relevant training plan.
• Conduct and develop internal training to develop employees’ fundamental skills to enhance job performance with the up-to-date or modern training and development tools and techniques such as Orientation, On boarding, Induction.
