HRBP Manager (Based in Bang Poo Industrial Estate)

The ideal candidate should have overall experiences in human resources field. They should be comfortable working independently under ambiguous environment, while manage HR teams to run operations seamlessly. This role is expected to set up HR processes in place to build morale and employee engagement. This role directly reports to HR Director and should work closely with department managers to lead HR initiatives in the area of, include but not limited to, industrial relations, organization development, and workforce planning.
Kewajiban
• Manage manpower planning and hiring
• Review compensation & benefits and perform benefits mapping
• Performance Management (e.g. periodic appraisals, competency review, counseling)
• Talent Development (leadership development and training) and Talent Retention
• Build employee engagement as a business strategy
• Align with head of HR to implement a variety of HR initiatives
• Localize HR strategies to fit in local requirements
• Initiate change programs
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree
• 7 - 10 years experiences in overall HR areas
• Background in Manufacturing is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prove track record for HR Initiative programs
• Strong knowledge of Labor Protection Act
