Detail posisi

The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance while supporting the company's goals.

Kewajiban

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
• Short term & Long term business plan
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Develop financial models, including Feasibility study conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Financial business reports
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to Finance manager based on sound analysis
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field

Kualifikasi

• 1-2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate budgeting, project budgeting or related fields. FMCG industry is a plus.
• Strong experience in financial analytics with a good P&L understanding, forecasting, financial modeling, and budgeting management
• Extensive experience in MS Office, advanced Ms. Excel is a MUST
• Excellence communication skill with all levels within the organization
• Fresh graduated is welcome
• Business – minded, detail-oriented, fast-learner and self- inspired to meet corporate goals
• Capable of coping with pressure and deadlines
