The Assistant Production Manager / Senior Production Supervisor will support the Production Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. This role involves coordinating activities to ensure efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team members to meet production goals. A key responsibility is ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to guarantee product quality and safety.

Kewajiban

• Assist in Planning and Scheduling: Work with the Production Manager to develop production schedules and ensure that operations are running smoothly and on time.
• Resource Allocation: Assist in managing and allocating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards, with a strong emphasis on adhering to GMP guidelines. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
• GMP Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with GMP standards, conducting regular audits and training to uphold these practices.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and work with the team to develop and implement solutions to maintain productivity and quality.
• Team Support and Supervision: Provide support and guidance to production staff, assisting with training and development to enhance team performance and understanding of GMP.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all production activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities and assist in preparing reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, quality metrics, and GMP compliance.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the production team and other departments, such as purchasing, quality control, and logistics.

Kualifikasi

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) B.Sc., Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment,
• Minimum 2 years experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing process with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in production management software and tools (SAP)
• Knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and GMP
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Kaizen
