Detail posisi

The Key Account Section Manager is responsible for managing order processing, coordinating with various functions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Kewajiban

• Order(s) Receipt, perform material planning and handle order(s) processing ‘till deliver Finished Goods to customers.
• To co-ordinate with cross-functions.
• Visiting Principals as scheduled/occasionally.
• Giving fully support to customer’s request by attempting every efforts to highest satisfaction.
• To support Customer Relations Department activities and/or assignment from superior.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in any filed.
• Have 3-5 years experience in Client Services / Key Account.
• Good command of English.
• Communication skill.
• Able to work independent.
