Kewajiban
• Accompany client of legal/protection case management throughout the case management process.
• Fill in data in the case management form to update the progress of legal/protection case management and timely report to the Senior Legal Officer and Deputy Coordinator for Community and Government Liaison for any issue impacting the client.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and local service providers to support the client in legal/protection case management according to the case management action plan.
• Coordinate and provide technical support to camp base assistance for assignments from Protection and Legal Program.
• Work closely with the Senior Legal Officer to collect and maintain IRC’s case management database and filing system.
• Provide translation and interpretation for case management process and activities of protection and empowerment Program.
• Represent IRC for external coordination related to access to justice and protection issues.
Kualifikasi
• Education: High School Certificate and/or higher education level.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year experience in case management or relevant field.
• Demonstrated Skills And Competencies:
• Experience in management documentation, filing and essential database software.
• Demonstrate knowledge in human rights, basic Thai law and situation of displaced persons.
• Able to travel regularly to the refugee camps and along the Thailand – Myanmar borders.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
