The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for overseeing quality control procedures, implementing quality assurance systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to maintain product quality during production.

Kewajiban

• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met during production.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures in line with company policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure that inspections and testing are conducted consistently and accurately.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues by collaborating with engineering, production, and other departments.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and develop corrective and preventive action plans to eliminate recurring issues.
• Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
• Maintain and review quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare reports on quality performance and communicate results to management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Process Engineer and Jewelry Production Process.
• Specific programs: ERP, Power BI, statistic programs: Minitab/ SPSS etc.
• Language Ability: English good level.
• Think positively/have the art of communication.
