The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager / Senior Supervisor is responsible for supporting management in decision-making, ensuring financial data accuracy, monitoring budget compliance, assisting in forecasting, maintaining internal controls, and improving operational processes within the finance department.

Kewajiban

• Support management in decision-making: Assist in preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help management make informed decisions. This involves gathering data, analyzing trends, and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner and assisting with strategic planning initiatives.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management, which could include system implementations, process improvements, or financial modeling.
• Financial data accuracy (including off-balance-sheet data): Ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial data, including off-balance-sheet items. This involves regular audits, reconciliations, and implementing checks to prevent discrepancies.
• Budget Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to operational and capital expenditure budgets (Opex & Capex). This involves tracking actual expenses against budgeted amounts, identifying variances, and providing explanations or corrective actions.
• Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections to support budgeting processes and strategic planning.
• Internal Controls: Ensure internal controls are implemented and maintained as per group policy to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Operational Processes: Develop, implement and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency within the finance department. This includes writing and ensuring adoption of standardized operational procedures as well as contributing to the transformation of the finance department through processes automation.

Kualifikasi

• Master’s degree in finance.
• Experience in Finance more than 10 years for Manager level and more than 5 years for senior supervisor level.
• A significant experience in an industrial environment, strong knowledge of costing and stock equation.
• Excellent communication skills in English with a significant experience abroad (through studies or work).
• Strong skills in excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Problem solving oriented mind.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
• Minded, Logical, Flexible, and Energetic with Good Human relation.
• An experience in an auditing firm would be a plus.
• A previous experience in processes automation / digitalization would be a plus.
