Kewajiban
• Enhance the production department's level of proficiency in the metal casting process for improving the quality of the castings used in new product pre-production and mass production.
• Searching and developing for software or any other technology that could assist the team in predicting the casting outcome prior to conducting actual testing.
• The most effective parameter optimization, give the casting team advice and suggestions regarding the casting process and associated parameters.
• Expertise lies in refining casting processes to enhance efficiency, minimize defects, and improve overall quality. This includes knowledge of various casting methods like sand casting, investment casting, and die casting, as well as implementing best practices for pattern-making, mold design, and metal pouring.
• Find improvements techniques or approaches for solving problems that affect quality, productivity and cost reduction.
• Implement new technologies and technics which comply with company road map.
• Follow-up and measure result after improvement and issue report on improvement result.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field, Jewelry knowledge would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support group and other department.
• Proactive on problem solving and analytical skills.
• Result and action oriented.
