INTEQC Group is hiring an experienced Business Process Development Manager who will take responsibilities by determining business strategic priorities and identifying digital or other opportunities that meet their business challenges and drive business performance.
Kewajiban
• Develop strategic business development action plan necessary to ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets and overall strategic plans.
• Create and describe new original research and innovation ideas within the field of information and communication technologies, compare to the emerging technologies and trends and plan the development of new ideas.
• Analyze on ICT perform various functions geared towards optimizing business processes.
• Carry out analysis to define configuration specifications and business technological requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices and processes for improved system methods.
• Run system tests to monitor performance and ensure optimum quality.
• Liaise with customers to determine best practices and guidelines for system functionality.
• Use process and data modelling techniques to develop and manage system software.
• Utilize IT resources to create IT solutions effective in meeting the requirements of an organization.
• Collaborate with technical specialists such as systems analysts and developers to optimize and enhance a system.
• Oversee the budget preparation and planning of resources for a project.
• Monitor systems development processes to ensure successful project completion.
• Proffer recommendations to upper management on ways to maximize profits by improving systems processes.
• Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information.
• Communicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues.
• Conduct research to identify ways to improve systems performance and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
• Master's degree - Doctoral's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business or similar related degree.
• 5-7 years of solid experience in Business Development, with 3-5 years in management and supervisory roles.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of the business model of company in Thailand and ability to articulate company’s Value Proposition.
• Able to formulate a vision for the future of the organization and communicate it to others.
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity of thought.
• Be able to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (In-House software development is a plus).
• Experience in implementing ERP or large software applications preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and problem identification skills.
• Strong positive attitude, highly motivated, eager to learn new things, and a self-starter. Passionate about technology with “can-do” attitude.
• Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written, and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staffs and client levels.
