Kewajiban
• Provide management oversight to the division and key technical and strategic consultation.
• Align product strategy to overall roadmaps ensuring strategic goals are executed on.
• Manage the product development lifecycle through approval and prioritization, request analysis, requirements development, development oversight, product testing, and release management.
• Consult with scientists, regulators and clients to plan and review R&D and product development projects.
• Oversee technology transfer activities.
• Support quality checks such as milestone reviews and quality assessments.
• Head the Product Development group.
• Collaborate with the company’s Senior Software Research Scientist and software development partner to improve the company’s core application.
• Develop and implement the R&D, project development and operational goals.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Document company development phases and monitor company systems.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and software/hardware integration.
• Budget, plan and direct development activities for both current and new products. Drives financial and operational performance.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor/Master of Science and/or Ph.D
• Experience 20+ years of relevant experience required, background from FMCG or Flour & Meat Snacks.
• People management and cross functional experience with sales, client management, product, and development.
• Lead the PD team and scope out product enhancements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking English and Thai.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the product creation process including Design, Development, Materials and production techniques.
• Understanding the overall product development.
• Strong project management skills.
